• Might need to use this cost center in the case that:
  1. You have RowdyHacks on UTSA Campus AND you don't have enough money to charge the fill amount of venue bill to the 'ACM/ACM-W Various Donors' Cost Center.
  2. You use some UTSA service that might charge your cost center. For example, when you schedule an event on 25Live, it will ask for your organization's cost center which is AG0463 for ACM. They do this because you might use a resource or service and they can tie it to your organization and know who to charge.
