Requirements to Book a Room

1. Be an ACM authorized representative
   1. The 5 current representatives are:
      1. Elijah
      2. Alex
      3. Kat
      4. Rachel
      5. Adolfo
      6. Clarisse
   2. If you are NOT an authorized representative and have a room, layout, and time you would like to book, contact Elijah
      1. You can find a room, layout, and time by following the first 3 steps of the "Steps to Reserve a Room" section below and utilizing the "Extra Resources" listed at the bottom of this page

Steps to Reserve a Room (no overnight)

1. Create a RowdyLink event at least 1 week (7 - 10 days) prior to small events and 3 weeks prior to large events
   1. Via RowdyLink, request to reserve the room by searching the name of the space.
   2. Additionally, request access to the projector, 2 microphones, and clicker.
   3. Cost Center Number: H
   4. If you have an off-campus speaker...
      1. Obtain the following information from the off-campus speaker before completing the RowdyLink form:
         1. Advisor information (name, email, phone)
         2. Speaker information
            1. Name
            2. Phone number
            3. Email address
            4. Biography or website
   5. If you want to show a movie, film, or other copyright material...
      1. Obtain the following before completing the RowdyLink form:
         1. The rights to the film, movie, or media
         2. Written permission to show the film, movie, or media
   6. If you want to have food...
      1. Check the appropriate boxes when filling out the form
2. Arrive at the start of your event time to claim the room
