Elections

• The roles of President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer will be elected internally a council of all elected officers
• The role of RowdyHacks director will be elected by the current RowdyHacks organizer team and members of the Executive Council
• New Roles - The following roles are now up for election this year:
  • CIC Vice-President
  • CIC Secretary
  • CIC Public Relations
  • CIC Media Officers
  • Code Quantum Co-Director

Special Elections

• Special elections will be an internal election. The qualifications for the officer position remain the same. For instance, the President must be a former officer unless not former officer runs.

Role Changes

• The Secretary role has been expanded to include the following responsibilities
  • Making sure the ACM room is clean and tidy
  • Managing inventory
  • Auditing of Officers
  • Assuming the responsibilities of President/Vice-President if both are unavailable
