Why I’m Running:
I grew up in a volunteer service organization known as Civil Air Patrol (CAP). My greatest joy came from the development of my cadets in the program; seeing where they started and where they went in the program and in life. I feel like I can help make a difference in ACM by bring the organizational and leadership skills that were in instilled in me from my time serving in CAP. Both positions I applied for, Director of Rowdy Creators and Projects Officer, are similarly aligned with my values and dedication to helping students become the best version of themselves – both done through involvement in projects and letting creativity flourish. I am running to help serve the ACM community by providing opportunities for students that will help them grow inside and outside of the association.
