- Maintain ICPC Discord:
- Share any resources found in the #resources channel.
- Before meetings:
- Create event on ACM portal to maintain attendance for ACM points
- Create channel in discord
- Announce meeting reminders. If known, share any topics that to be discussed during that upcoming meeting. Announce that there will be food!
- Pick up food before the meeting! Save your receipts for reimbursement
- During meetings:
- [Recommended] At the start of a meeting: (can be anytime really)
- [Optional] Share any resources found & why they are useful.
- [Optional] Present any specific topic. (plan out ahead of time)
- [Optional] Share any technical interview experiences.
- [Recommended] Collaborate & Solve problems during the meetings (can be on your own), and share any solutions.
Role Expectations
The Director of ICPC will oversee all ICPC meetings and events.
- Preside at all ICPC meetings.
- Help coordinate and come up with ICPC topics and problems for meetings.
- Organize teams for the International Collegiate Programming Contest.
- Be a liaison between ACM-ICPC and the Chapter.
Recommended Tasks:
- Host virtual (practice) contests (Kattis & Codeforces work well to host on)
- Look for junior officers to make your life easier. (β Do this)

- Make a poll to see what people want, see what people are confused about during meetings.
- Pay attention to your memberβs suggestions.
- For collaborating, I'd try to be on voice chat (if virtual) as much as possible, and explain whatever pseudo/code you write does.
