Tips on Recommended Tasks:

This website sums up everything, great for finding resources: https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/how-to-prepare-for-acm-icpc/
  • What topics to choose to focus on?
    • Make a poll to see what people want, see what people are confused about during meetings.
    • Pay attention to your member’s suggestions.
  • For collaborating, I'd try to be on voice chat (if virtual) as much as possible, and explain whatever pseudo/code you write does.
