Role Expectations
The Chief Technical Officer is in charge of ensuring all the technical aspects of the projects run smoothly. If any project encounters a hardware or software block, the CTO should be able to research and help them progress. The CTO is also in charge of managing the back end of the website along with keeping up with the ticketing system.
- Involved in some aspects of all projects
- Manages the backend of the website
- Manages board of Technical Officers (WIP)
