I have acted as the RowdyCreators Vice President for the last two semesters. I have also been a project team lead for RowdyCTF for two semesters, meaning I both have a good understanding on the logistics of the position (setting up officer meetings, rooms, workathon logistics, team lead meetings, etc), as well as an understanding of the process of leading a team to have a successful project. I have made many mistakes as a team lead, and have utilized these learning opportunities to assist teams in becoming more efficient and successful.
