Hi I'm Tosin Adefashe, and I'm running for the Coding in Color Media Officer position because as a black computer science major, I aim to spread the organizations message through social media. It's super important to connect with peers who look like you and see representation in academic fields you are interested in. I am dedicated to sharing all there is to know about CIC and bringing more members in through creative marketing and showing the strength in community through our social media platforms. I understand the difficulty in entering a space that may not have many people that you can identify with, so I aim to spread the word about this organization to help others who may feel the same.
